How to start a return
Email happy2help@dailycharms.org with your order number and a short note (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged). We'll send simple instructions.
Eligibility
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Damaged or faulty items are always covered — just send a photo.
- Some personal-care items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons once opened.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of processing.
