Refund policy
We want you to love your order. We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags. To start a return, email with your order number and reason — we'll share the return address and next steps (please don't ship items back before requesting). Damaged, defective, or wrong items: email a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund. For hygiene reasons, personal-care and grooming items can't be returned once opened; sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
