Where do you ship? Across India.

How much is shipping? Free on orders over ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a small flat fee shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive? We dispatch within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email and SMS.

Cash on Delivery

Do you offer COD? Yes — Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy? Easy 7-day returns from the day of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

My item arrived damaged. We're so sorry! Email a photo or unboxing video to happy2help@dailycharms.org within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

How do I start a return? Email happy2help@dailycharms.org with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Please note: some hygiene and personal-care items can't be returned once opened, for everyone's safety.
